医养结合视角下中医药特色养老机构老年人慢性病的分析

摘　　要：目的:了解老年人慢性病的现况,为促进老年人身体健康采取相应的措施提供参考。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取某中医药特色养老机构年龄≥60岁的老年人进行问卷调查。通过Excel录入数据,运用Spss22.0对数据进行卡方检验及皮尔森相关系数统计分析。结果:某中医药特色养老机构通过系列中医药医养结合的措施进行慢病管理,使得老年人的慢性病发病率较低,且高血压与脑卒中存在正相关关系(r=0.284)。结论:医养结合的中医药特色健康养老,将中医药融入到养老服务的各个领域,为老年人提供全方位的健康养老服务,凸显了中医药在健康养老服务中的应用价值。Objective:To understand the current situation of chronic diseases in the elderly and provide reference for taking corresponding measures to promote the health of the elderly.Methods:Using cluster random sampling method,the elderly aged≥60 years old in a traditional Chinese medicine nursing institution were selected for questionnaire survey.Input the data through Excel,and use Spss22.0 to conduct chi-square test and Pearson correlation coefficient statistical analysis.Results:Traditional Chinese medicine special nursing institutions have adopted chronic Chinese medicine management measures to manage chronic diseases,which makes the incidence rate of chronic diseases in the elderly lower.There is a positive correlation between hypertension and stroke(r=0.284).Conclusion:The characteristic health care of traditional Chinese medicine combined with medical care integrates traditional Chinese medicine into various fields of elderly care services,provides all-round health care services for the elderly,and highlights the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in health care services.
