摘 要:目的 探讨调强放疗联合靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法 80例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为参照组和治疗组,各40例。参照组行靶向治疗,治疗组行调强放疗联合靶向治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均优于治疗前,且治疗组CD3^(+)(58.05±4.06)%、CD4^(+)(41.05±2.47)%、CD8^(+)(36.19±1.99)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.50±0.12)均明显优于参照组的(51.25±4.22)%、(35.91±2.64)%、(32.52±2.08)%、(1.30±0.10),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组客观缓解率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组疾病控制率92.50%高于参照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 调强放疗联合靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌中能有效改善患者的免疫功能,治疗效果明显,建议优先选择。Objective To discuss the efficacy of intensity-modulated radiation therapy combined with targeted therapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on immune function of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into reference group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received targeted therapy,and the treatment group received intensity-modulated radiation therapy combined with targeted therapy.The immune function indexes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and CD3^(+)(58.05±4.06)%,CD4^(+)(41.05±2.47)%,CD8^(+)(36.19±1.99)%,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.50±0.12)of the treatment group were significantly better than(51.25±4.22)%,(35.91±2.64)%,(32.52±2.08)%,(1.30±0.10)of the reference group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the objective remission rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The disease control rate 92.50%of the treatment group was higher than 72.50%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of intensity-modulated radiation therapy and targeted therapy has obvious effect on patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and it can effectively improve the immune function of patients.So it is recommended to give priority to it.
