摘　　要：地方民族高校承担着为民族地区培养高素质人才的使命,地方民族高校硕士专业学位研究生教育存在学位类别分布不均衡、教师队伍职业化程度不够、培养方案现实针对性不强等突出问题。为顺应国家研究生教育结构布局的调整,更好地完成培养高素质人才的教育目标,地方民族高校应当聚焦高质量发展,紧扣办学定位,凸显专业学位的实践导向,突出培养方案的适应性,健全双导师培养机制,积极构建职业导向的专业学位研究生培养模式。Local universities for nationalities undertake the mission of cultivating high-quality talents for minority areas.There are serious problem in the education of professional master’s degree in local universities for nationalities,such as uneven distribution of degree categories,insufficient professionalism of faculty teams and weak practical pertinence of training programs.In order to comply with the adjustment of the national postgraduate education structure and achieve the educational goal of cultivating high-quality talents,local universities for nationalities should closely follow educational positioning,highlight the practical orientation of professional master’s degree,enhance the adaptability of training programs,improve the dual-tutor system and build a career-oriented training model for professional master’s degree.
