摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,微信、微博等平台作为交流和思想传播载体以其资源丰富、互动性强等特点,越来越被高校学生所接受,成为网络应用的主力军。这大大活跃了学生的思想,给高校辅导员的思想政治工作提出挑战。同时,这也开辟了新的工作途径。分析了“微时代”对高校思想政治教育的工作影响,并针对存在的问题,就如何提高辅导员思想政治教育的工作实效性提出了切实可行的措施,以充分发挥各载体在高校思政教育中的作用,引导大学生树立正确的社会主义核心价值观。With the development of network technology,WeChat,micro-blog and other platforms,as communication and ideological communication carriers,are increasingly accepted by college students because of their rich resources and strong interaction.They have become the main force of network application,greatly activated students'thoughts,challenged College Counselors’Ideological and political work,and opened up new ways of work.This paper analyzes the impact of the“micro era”on the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and puts forward practical measures on how to improve the effectiveness of Counselor’s ideological and political education,so as to give full play to the role of various carriers in the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities and guide college students to establish correct socialist core values.
