摘　　要：先进光源技术研发与测试平台项目是北京市发展和改革委员会批复的北京市怀柔区2017年首批启动的科学研究平台之一,是促进我国先进光源应用和发展的重要基础,对于保障我国创新驱动发展战略,引领大装置和多学科交叉平台的发展具有战略意义。该项目是由中国科学院高能物理研究所和北京怀柔科学城建设发展有限公司共同承担的双主体项目。该项目特点决定了其管理工作具有较大的难度,做好双主体项目的管理工作需以沟通协调、进度管理、制度建设工作为重点,信息宣传、质量管理、经费管理等多方面协同工作,同时,需要将标准化工作纳入到项目管理工作中。The Platform of Advanced Photon Source Technology R&D is one of the first batch of scientific research platforms launched in Huairou District of Beijing in 2017 approved by Beijing Development and Reform Commission. It is an important foundation for promoting the application and development of advanced light sources in China, and has strategic significance for ensuring China’s innovation driven development strategy and leading the development of large devices and interdisciplinary platforms. The project is a double main body project jointly undertaken by Institute of high energy physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing Huairou Science City Construction and Development Co., Ltd.The characteristics of the project determine that the management of the project has great difficulty. To do a good job in the management of the double main body project we need to focus on communication and coordination, schedule management,system construction, information publicity, quality management, financial management and other aspects of collaborative work. At the same time, we need to incorporate standardization into the project management.
