会厌逐瘀汤联合喉镜下声带良性肿物切除术治疗慢喉喑的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢喉喑患者选用会厌逐瘀汤+喉镜下声带良性肿物切除术治疗的价值。方法选择50例慢喉喑患者研究(2016.08~2020.10),按1:1比例分为对照组(n=25,选用喉镜下声带良性肿物切除术治疗)、观察组(n=25,在对照组基础上选用会厌逐瘀汤治疗),统计两组临床疗效、临床指标。结果(1)临床疗效:观察组(96.00%)高于对照组(68.00%),统计值χ^(2)=4.8780,P<0.05。(2)临床指标:观察组临床症状、体征评分、VHI-10评分低于对照组,统计值P<0.05。结论会厌逐瘀汤+喉镜下声带良性肿物切除术在慢喉喑治疗中效果确切,可改善其临床症状及体征,亦可降低嗓音障碍指数评分,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the value of using Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction+laryngoscope to treat benign vocal cord tumors in patients with chronic throat.Methods A study of 50 patients with chronic larynx(2019.08~2020.10)was selected and divided into a control group(n=25,treatment of benign vocal cord tumors under laryngoscope)and an observation group(n=25,On the basis of the control group,the treatment of Huiyi Zhuyu Decoction was selected),and the clinical efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were counted.Results(1)Clinical efficacy:the observation group(96.00%)is higher than the control group(68.00%),statistical value=4.8780,P<0.05.(2)Clinical indicators:The clinical symptoms,signs and VHI-10 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the statistical value was P<0.05.Conclusion Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction+laryngoscope resection of benign vocal cord tumors is effective in the treatment of chronic laryngoscopy,which can improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and can also reduce the voice disorder index score,which is worth learning.
