手术联合术后综合治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳廓瘢痕疙瘩手术切除联合术后综合治疗的效果。方法将71例耳廓瘢痕疙瘩患者分为两组。电子线放疗组39例为手术联合电子线放射治疗,32P敷贴放疗组32例为手术联合32P敷贴放射治疗,行对比研究,评价临床疗效。结果71例患者其中电子线放疗组39例治愈28例(72%),显效6例(15%),无效5例(13%),总有效率为87%;32P敷贴放疗组32例治愈18例(56%),显效7例(22%),无效7例(22%),总有效率为78%。对两组患者的总有效率进行比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.026,P=0.311)。结论手术切除联合术后综合治疗是治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩安全有效的方法,能有效提高治愈率,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical resection of auricle keloid combined with postoperative comprehensive treatment.Methods 71 patients with auricle keloid were divided into two groups.39 patients in the electron-line radiotherapy group were treated with surgery combined with electron-line radiotherapy,and 32 patients in the radiotherapy group were treated with surgery combined with 32 phosphorous applications.The comparative study was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results Among the 71 patients,39 cases(72%)were cured,6 cases(15%)were effective,5 cases(13%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87%.In the radiotherapy group of P application,18 cases(56%)were cured,7 cases(22%)were effective,7 cases(22%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.026,P=0.311).Conclusion Surgical resection combined with postoperative comprehensive treatment is a safe and effective method for the treatment of auricle keloid,which can effectively improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
