窄带成像技术在咽喉部肿瘤诊断中的作用及临床治疗价值研究

摘　　要：目的对窄带成像技术在咽喉部肿瘤诊断中的作用及临床治疗价值进行分析。方法 2018年1月~2020年12月,挑选90例自愿参与,疑似咽喉部肿瘤的患者,进行窄带成像技术诊断,以病理为诊断的金标准,比较窄带成像技术对咽喉部肿瘤的诊断符合率,灵敏度和特异性。结果 90例疑似咽喉部肿瘤,经病理确诊为33例恶性,57例良性,窄带成像技术检测的符合率、灵敏度和特异性,均与病理没有显著的差异(P>0.05)。结论窄带成像技术在咽喉部肿瘤诊断中,体现了较高的准确性,并且灵敏度和特异性均较高,为临床治疗提供有效的数据,因此具有重要的意义。Objective To analyze the role and clinical value of narrowband imaging in the diagnosis of throat tumors.Method January 2018~ December 2020,90 cases of voluntary participation,Patients with a suspected throat tumor,For narrowband imaging,Based on pathology,To compare the diagnostic accuracy of narrowband imaging in throat tumors,sensitivity and specificity.Results 90 cases of suspected throat tumor,33 malignant cases diagnosed by pathology,57 benign,The coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of narrowband imaging,All had no significant difference with pathology (P>0.05).Conclusion Narrowband imaging in the diagnosis of throat tumors,High accuracy,And high sensitivity and specificity,To provide effective data for clinical treatment,Therefore,it is of great significance.
