侵及喉内的巨大甲状舌管囊肿一例

摘　　要：本文报道了重庆三峡中心医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的一例侵及喉内的巨大甲状舌管囊肿患者。中年男性,以偶然发现颈部包块1年,伴咽部异物感、轻微的吞咽梗阻为主要表现,经颈部及甲状腺彩超、喉镜、CT及MRI等检查确诊为甲状舌管囊肿。经手术治疗后患者治愈出院。A case of huge thyroglossal cyst involving the larynx was reported in the Department of Otolaryngology,Chongqing Three Gorges central hospital.A middle-aged male presented with incidental cervical mass for one year,pharyngeal foreign body sensation and slight swallowing obstruction.He was diagnosed as thyroglossal duct cyst by color Doppler ultrasound,laryngoscope,CT and MRI.After operation,the patient was cured and discharged.
