摘　　要：筛窦、蝶窦单发特异性感染疾病临床少见,症状不典型、影像学特异性不高,临床上容易误诊误治。本病例分析通过临床症状、影像学检查结合手术探查及病理分析,明确诊断,并取得良好治疗效果,为临床工作提供参考。Single specific infection of ethmoid sinus and sphenoid sinus is rare in clinic,with atypical symptoms and low imaging specificity.This case analysis achieved clear diagnosis and good treatment effect through clinical symptoms,imaging examination combined with surgical exploration and pathological analysis,to provide reference for clinical work.
