摘　　要：目的探讨上颌埋伏阻生尖牙拔除并发口腔鼻底贯通损伤的治疗与护理。方法对上颌埋伏阻生尖牙拔除并发口腔鼻底贯通损伤患者20例进行回顾性分析,均予以异种脱细胞真皮基质覆盖修补术治疗,同时做好手术期护理,总结效果。结果 20例患者顺利完成手术,创口Ⅰ期愈合,护理满意率100.00%。结论上颌埋伏阻生尖牙拔除并发口腔鼻底贯通损伤手术治疗期间做好护理干预,并发症少,愈合率和满意率高。Objective To discuss the treatment and nursing of the maxillary impacted canine extraction complicated by the penetrating injury of the mouth and nose.Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 patients with impacted maxillary impacted canine extraction combined with penetrating injury of the oral and nasal bases was performed.All of them were treated with xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix covering repair.At the same time,surgical care was taken to summarize the results.Results 20 patients successfully completed the operation,wounds healed by first intention,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 100.00%.Conclusion Removal of impacted maxillary impacted canines complicated by penetrating injury of the oral and nasal bases during the surgical treatment,with fewer complications,high healing rate and high satisfaction rate.
