摘　　要：新时代线上教学的快速发展正深刻改变着国际中文教学观念、形态及模式,也促使教材建设发生革命性转变。面对新形势、新变化和新需求,我们提出国际中文教材建设的标准观、资源观、融通观和智慧观理念,主张新时代国际中文教材建设当以国家级国际中文教育标准为规范、指南,以现代化信息技术为依托,以积极正向的主题内容和丰富多样的形态为线下线上教学提供全向支撑的靶向式组配资源包和有效的解决方案为方向。The rapid development of online teaching in the new era is profoundly changing the concept,form,and mode of international Chinese teaching,and promoting the revolutionary transformation of teaching material construction as well.In the face of the new situation,new changes and new demands,we put forward the concepts of standard view,resource view,integration view and smart view in the construction of international Chinese teaching materials.We also advocate that the construction of international Chinese teaching materials in the new era should be based on the national international Chinese education standards as the standard and guide,and be oriented to provide full support of targeted resource packages and effective solutions for offline and online teaching,based on modern information technology and with the positive subject matters and diversified forms.
