摘　　要：本文主要分析了水墨印刷与复合工序相关的特性以及水墨印刷品在复合过程中容易出现的问题,包括白点、气泡、色相变暗、油墨胶水互溶、复合强度低、油墨转移、固化不良、热封边离层、拉链袋热封起皱等。This article mainly analyzes the characteristies of water-based ink printing and compositing processes and the problems that are easy to occur in the compositing process of water-based ink printing products,including white dots,bubbles,darkening of hue,mutual solubility of ink and adhesive,low composite strength,ink transfer,poor curing,separationg of heat sealing edge,zipper bag heat sealing and wrinkling,etc.
