摘 要:随着我国市场经济的进一步成熟,以物力资源开发为主的企业发展方式已经走向了极端竞争的趋势,要进一步提升企业竞争力,实现企业高质量发展,需要由物力资源竞争转向人力资源竞争。知识经济简单来说就是智力经济,其中人力资源的作用被进一步放大,对人力资源进行开发和创新,满足知识经济时代下对人才的创新、合作、个性等需求,为企业提供高质量的人才支持,是知识经济时代下企业人力资源管理的必然方向。知识经济时代下,企业人才如何从新环境中获取知识,并将知识进行成果转化,成为重要的企业人力资源管理转型方向。本文以我国饲料企业为研究对象,分析当前知识经济时代下饲料企业人力资源管理理念、人才招聘及人才培养等环节存在的问题,并基于知识经济的特点,对饲料企业人才创新机制模式进行论述,最后,基于我国饲料企业的实际情况和行业发展趋势提出知识经济时代下加强饲料企业人力资源管理的建议,以期为我国饲料企业可持续发展提供理论参考。With the further maturity of the development of my country’s market economy,the development mode of enterprises based on material resources development has moved towards an extreme competition trend.To further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve high-quality development of enterprises,it is necessary to compete by material resources.Turn to human resources competition.To put it simply,the knowledge economy is the intelligence economy,in which the role of human resources has been further amplified,to develop and innovate human resources,to meet the needs for innovation,cooperation,and individuality of talents in the era of knowledge economy,and to provide enterprises with highquality talent support,Is the inevitable direction of enterprise human resource management in the era of knowledge economy.In the era of knowledge economy,how corporate talents obtain knowledge from the new environment and transform knowledge into practical results has become an important direction of corporate human resource management transformation.Based on my country’s feed companies as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems in the human resource management concepts of feed companies in the current era of knowledge economy,and the problems in personnel recruitment and personnel training.Based on the characteristics of the knowledge economy,the feed companies The innovation mechanism model is discussed.Finally,based on the actual situation of my country’s feed enterprises and the development trend of the industry,suggestions on strengthening the human resource management of feed enterprises in the era of knowledge economy are put forward,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable development of my country’s feed enterprises.
