不同锥度牙胶垂直加压根管充填术在牙源性上颌骨囊肿疼痛伴感染患者中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察并评价在牙源性上颌骨囊肿疼痛伴感染患者临床治疗中,采取不同锥度牙胶垂直加压根管充填术的有效性。方法选取114例2018.07-2020.06期间收治的牙源性上颌骨囊肿疼痛伴感染患者,均行牙胶垂直加压根管充填术治疗,据牙胶尖锥度不同进行分组,A组(采用0.02锥度牙胶尖治疗)与B组(采用0.06锥度牙胶尖治疗)各57例,对比两组疗效。结果对比两组的根管充填情况无统计学差异(P>0.05);同比A组,B组治疗有效率更高,且根管充填时间较短(P<0.05)。结论采取大锥度牙胶垂直加压根管充填术,针对牙源性上颌骨囊肿疼痛伴感染患者进行治疗可取得理想效果。Objective To observe and evaluate the effectiveness of vertical root canal filling with gutta percha with different taper in the treatment of odontogenic maxillary cyst pain with infection. Methods 114 patients with odontogenic maxillary cyst pain and infection treated in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected. They were all treated with gutta percha vertical pressure root canal filling. According to different gutta percha tip taper, they were divided into group A(treated with 0.02 taper gutta percha) and group B(treated with 0.06 taper gutta percha), 57 cases in each group. Results There was no significant difference in root canal filling between the two groups(P > 0.05);compared with group A, group B had higher effective rate and shorter root canal filling time(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with odontogenic maxillary cyst pain and infection can achieve ideal results by using large taper vertical root canal filling with gutta percha.
