摘　　要：目的研究内镜观察下鼻咽纤维血管瘤摘除术的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月~2020年5月在我院收治的50例鼻咽纤维血管瘤患者作为主要研究对象,均50例患者开展内镜观察下鼻咽纤维血管瘤摘除术,并对其术后并发症发生率以及疾病复发率进行分析。结果 50例患者的术后并发症发生率为6.00%,疾病复发率为10.00%。结论在内镜观察下,对鼻咽纤维血管瘤患者开手术治疗,可在一定程度上避免并发症发生,同时还能进一步降低患者的疾病复发率,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of endoscopic resection of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. Methods 50 patients with nasopharyngeal fibrohemangioma in our hospital from April 2018 to may 2020 were selected as the main research objects, Endoscopic observation was performed in 50 patients,The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were analyzed.Result The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.00%, The recurrence rate was 10.00%. Conclusion Under endoscopy, the, The patients with nasopharyngeal angiofibroma were operated on,Complications can be avoided to a certain extent, At the same time, it can further reduce the recurrence rate of patients,It is worthy of clinical application.
