血清SA、EA-IgA、VCA-IgA在鼻咽癌中表达及联合检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌患者血清SA、EA-IgA、VCA-IgA表达及联合检查的价值。方法纳入2019年1月~2 0 2 0年1 2月本院收治2 1例鼻咽癌为观察组,同期选择2 1例健康体检者为对照组,均实施SA、EA-IgA、VCA-IgA检测,统计两组血清水平及联合检测结果。结果(1)观察组SA、EA-IgA、VCA-IgA高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)SA+EA-IgA+VCA-IgA检测结果特异度(93.58%)、敏感度(90.25%)高于单一检测。结论血清SA、EA-IgA、VCA-IgA可作为诊断鼻咽癌的方案,亦可根据检测结果对疾病进行筛查,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the expression of serum SA, EA-IgA, VCA-IgA in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the value of combined examination. Methods From January 2019 to December 2020, 21 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital were included as the observation group, and 21 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period. All of them were tested for SA, EA-IgA, and VCA-IgA, and the serum levels of the two groups were counted and combined detection. result. Results(1) SA, EA-IgA and VCA-IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2) The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection are higher than single detection. Conclusion Serum SA, EA-IgA, and VCA-IgA can be used as a scheme for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and it can also be used to screen the disease based on the test results, which is worth learning.
