研究疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗反流性食管炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨反流性食管炎患者选用疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗的价值。方法纳入2018年9月~2020年10月收治反流性食管炎患者80例研究,按1:1比例分为对照组(n=40,选用西药治疗)、观察组(n=40,在对照组基础上选用疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗),统计两组临床疗效、康复效果。结果(1)临床疗效:观察组(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),统计值χ^(2)=5.0000,P<0.05。(2)康复效果:观察组复发率(2.50%)、临床症状积分(0.89±0.21分)低于对照组,统计值P<0.05。结论疏肝和胃降逆汤可改善反流性食管炎临床症状,亦可降低其后续复发率,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the value of Shugan and Weijiangni Decoction for patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods A study of 80 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted fromSeptember 2018 to October 2020 was included,and they were divided into a control group(n=40,Western medicine treatment)and an observation group(n=40,based on the control group).Ganhewei Jiangni Decoction),the clinical efficacy and rehabilitation effects of the two groups were counted.Results(1)Clinical efficacy:the observation group(97.50%)is higher than the control group(82.50%),the statistical value=5.0000,P<0.05.(2)Rehabilitation effect:The recurrence rate(2.50%)and clinical symptom score(0.89±0.21 points)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the statistical value was P<0.05.Conclusion Shugan Hewei Jiangni Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis and reduce its subsequent recurrence rate,which is worth learning.
