常规小剂量化疗治疗口腔癌临床疗效及对患者生存率的影响

摘　　要：目的探析在口腔癌治疗中采用常规小剂量化疗治疗的疗效及对患者生存率的影响。方法时间节点2015年11月~2020年11月间,抽取50例在我院接受化疗口腔癌患者开展研究,以治疗方案的不同之处划分为对照组、观察组。25例对照组行常规手术治疗,基于此,25例观察组增加常规小剂量化疗治疗,对比治疗效果、5年生存率、复发率。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组5年生存率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在口腔癌治疗中,用常规小剂量化疗治疗方案,在提升疗效的同时对提高患者生存率具有积极作用,故临床可提倡并施展此疗法。Objective To explore the effect of conventional low-dose chemotherapy in the treatment of oral cancer and its impact on patient survival.Methods From November 2015 to November 2019,50 cases of oral cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital were selected for research,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group based on the difference in the treatment plan.25 cases in the control group underwent conventional surgery.Based on this,25 cases in the observation group were treated with conventional low-dose chemotherapy to compare the treatment effect,5-year survival rate and recurrence rate.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the 5-year survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of oral cancer,the conventional low-dose chemotherapy regimen has a positive effect on improving the survival rate of patients while improving the efficacy.Therefore,this therapy can be promoted and implemented in the clinic.
