摘  要:目的探讨微课联合翻转课堂在本科生妇产科超声教学中的应用。方法选择2020年9月至12月在西安交通大学第一附属医院妇产科见习的本科生共298名为研究对象,学生均来自西安交通大学医学院同一年级,共8个班,超声见习总带教时间为4天。学生根据教学时间分为两组,将周一至周二见习的4个班157名学生设为对照组,采用常规课堂教学模式,周三至周四见习的4个班141名学生设为研究组,采用微课联合翻转课堂的混合教学模式,两组学生教学结束后采用相同的调查问卷、临床考核标准综合评价教学效果。结果研究组学生教学效果评价总分和各项得分均显著高于对照组(t=3.776~7.459,P<0.05),且研究组的5项教学效果评价中"是(20分)"的学生构成比均显著高于对照组(χ^(2)值分别为169.264、152.630、131.083、119.241、171.263,P<0.01)。研究组学生考试临床考核总成绩显著高于对照组(t=3.905,P<0.05),其中理论知识题、病例分析题考核成绩均显著高于对照组(t值分别为2.573、2.964,P<0.05)。研究组学生考试优秀率为58.87%,显著高于对照组的35.46%(χ^(2)=16.061,P<0.01)。结论微课联合翻转课堂的混合教学模式可显著提高本科生妇产科超声临床见习的教学效果,对学生掌握理论知识和临床操作技能有重要作用。Objective To explore the application of micro-lesson combined with flipped classroom teaching methods in gynecology and obstetrics ultrasound for undergraduates.Methods A total of 298 undergraduates of gynecology and obstetrics apprentice in the first affiliated hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong university from September to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All students were from the same grade of the school of Medicine of Xi′an Jiaotong university,which was 8 classes in total.The total ultrasonic probation and teaching time were 4 days.The students were divided into two groups according to the teaching time.One hundred and fifty-seven students from four classes on probation from Monday to Tuesday were set as the control group,the conventional classroom teaching model was adopted.One hundred and forty-one students from four classes on probation from Wednesday to Thursday were set as the study group,and the micro-lesson combined with flipped classroom teaching methods were adopted.The teaching effects of students between the two groups were comprehensively evaluated by the same questionnaire,clinical examination after the teaching was over.Results The total score and each score of evaluation of teaching effect in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=3.776~7.459,P<0.05).In addition,the composition ratio of students who were“yes”(20 points)in the five teaching evaluations in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=169.264,152.630,131.083,119.241 and 171.263 respectively,P<0.01).The total test score of clinical test in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=3.905,P<0.05),and the theoretical knowledge questions and case analysis questions were both significantly higher than those of the control group(t=2.573 and 2.964,respectively,P<0.05).The examination excellence rate of students in the study group was 58.87%,which was significantly higher than that the of 35.67%of the control group(χ
