井下矸石充填系统方案研究

摘　　要：为实现煤炭绿色开发利用,建设绿色矿山,解决矸石对生态环境的污染问题,霍州煤电集团某新建矿井采用机械化矸石充填技术,在井下设置一套完整的固体充填系统及煤矸石分选系统,井下掘进矸石不升井和初选煤矸石一起充填采空区,地面设置膏体充填防灭火系统,选煤厂的洗选矸石与粉煤灰、水泥等制备成浆料进行采空区防灭火注浆。该方案减少了矸石的无效运输,实现了井下矸石不出井,不可利用矸石全部返井,解决了矸石的污染问题,对类似矿井具有一定的参考意义。In order to realize the green development and utilization of coal, build a green mine, and solve the problem of gangue pollution to the ecological environment, a new mine of Huozhou coal and power group adopts mechanized gangue filling technology. A complete set of solid filling system and gangue separation system are set up underground. The gangue will not be lifted and the primary gangue will be used to fill the goaf together, the paste filling fire prevention and extinguishing system is set on the ground, and the washing gangue, fly ash and cement of the coal preparation plant are prepared into slurry for fire prevention and extinguishing grouting in the goaf. The scheme reduces the invalid transportation of gangue, realizes that the gangue does not come out of the well and can not be used to return to the well, solves the problem of gangue pollution, and has certain reference significance for similar mines.
