脑梗死恢复期患者生活质量水平的影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死恢复期患者生活质量水平现状及其影响因素。方法选取2018年2月至2020年5月信阳市第四人民医院收治的63例脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,患者均接受康复干预,并获得3个月随访,于随访3个月时,采用脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评估患者生活质量水平,并统计患者入院时基线资料,分析脑梗死恢复期患者生活质量水平的影响因素。结果63例脑梗死恢复期患者平均SS-QOL评分为(169.47±15.03)分;年龄≥60岁、希望水平低、慢性病数量≥2个的脑梗死恢复期患者SS-QOL评分低于年龄<60岁、希望水平中或高、慢性病数量<2个的患者(P<0.05);其他不同资料特征脑梗死恢复期患者SS-QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,年龄≥60岁、希望水平低、慢性病数量≥2个是脑梗死恢复期患者生活质量水平低下的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死恢复期患者生活质量水平一般,且年龄高、希望水平低及慢性病数量多均为患者生活质量水平低的影响因素。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of the quality of life in patients with convalescence stage of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 63 patients with convalescence stage of cerebral infarction admitted to Xinyang Fourth People’s Hospital from February 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients received rehabilitation intervention and were followed up for 3 months.At 3 months of follow-up,the quality of life of patients was assessed by stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL),and the baseline data of patients at admission were counted,and the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with convalescence stage of cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results The average SS-QOL score of 63 patients with convalescence stage of cerebral infarction was(169.47±15.03)points.The SS-QOL score of patients with convalescence stage of cerebral infarction who were≥60 years old,low level of hope and≥2 chronic diseases was lower than that of patients<60 years old,medium or high hope level and<2 chronic diseases(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SS-QOL score among patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage from other different data characteristics(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old,low level of hope and number of chronic diseases≥2 were the influencing factors of low quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with convalescence stage of cerebral infarction was general,and the high age,low hope level and large number of chronic diseases are the influencing factors of low level of life quality in patients.
