摘　　要：自2014年起,首都医科大学宣武医院设立中青年成长基金留学资助项目,旨在选送和资助本院优秀中青年临床、科研、管理人才出国访学,为开展新技术、新业务、科学研究、学术创新、成果转化等方面创造良好基础条件。文章介绍了该项目的具体方案,包括人才选拔、项目执行、项目管理模式等。目前该项目已初见成效,在扩大外事工作受众人群的基础上,前移医院人才培养阶段,提升医院国际影响力,助推人才梯队建设速度,为医院学科发展奠定基础。Since Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University established the fund for young and middle-aged people to study abroad in 2014, it has selected and sponsored talented clinicians, researchers and administrators for advanced studies, in order to create sound foundations for the development of new technologies, new business, scientific research, academic innovation and achievement transformation. This paper introduces the specific scheme of the project, including personnel selection, project execution, project management model and so on. Preliminary results have been achieved up to now. Besides enlarging the coverage of foreign affairs, it has accelerated the pace of personnel training, promoted the international influence of the hospital, strengthened teambuilding, and thus laid a foundation for the discipline development.
