牙髓血运重建术应用于慢性根尖周炎年轻恒牙后牙的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究牙髓血运重建术应用于慢性根尖周炎年轻恒牙后牙的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的40例(45颗患牙)年轻恒牙慢性根尖周炎患者的临床资料,患者均采取牙髓血运重建术治疗,比较患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、治疗前后疼痛情况等。结果治疗后,40例(45颗患牙)患者均痊愈,治疗总有效率为100.0%,不良反应发生率为5.0%;治疗后,患者疼痛评分明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年轻恒牙慢性根尖周炎患者应用牙髓血运重建术效果显著,能有效改善患者疼痛情况,增强治疗效果,同时,可保证治疗的安全性,临床应用价值较高,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the effect of pulp revascularization on the posterior teeth of young permanent teeth with chronic periapical peri-odontitis.Methods Clinical data of 40 patients(45 affected teeth)with chronic periapical periodontitis of young permanent teeth admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with pulp revascularization,and the treatment effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the pain before and after treatment were observed.Results 40 patients(45 affected teeth)were cured after treat-ment,and the effective rate was 100.0%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0%.After treatment,pain score of patients was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pulp revascularization in young perma-nent teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis is good,which can effectively improve the pain of patients and improve the treatment effect.At the same time,it can ensure the safety of treatment,and has high clinical application value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
