摘　　要：急性缺血性卒中是我国成年人致残、致死的首要原因。中西医结合是我国医学特色和优势的集中体现,本研究收集了近年来有关中西医结合治疗急性缺血性卒中的相关文献,从诊断方式、治疗方案、评价标准、预防观念等方面对中西医结合诊治模式进行深入探讨,以期探索出中西医结合治疗急性缺血性卒中的新方法、新观点,体现我国个体化治疗及中西医结合诊疗急性缺血性卒中的优越性。Acute ischemic stroke is the leading cause of disability and death in adults in China.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is the concentrated embodiment of China’s medical characteristics and advantages.This study collects the relevant literature on the treatment of this disease with the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in recent years,makes an in-depth discussion on its unique diagnosis and treatment mode from the aspects of diagnosis method,treatment plan,evaluation standard,prevention concept and so on,expecting to explore some new methods and new viewpoints for the treatment of the disease with this unique medicine and to reflect the advantages of individualized treatment with it in the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China.
