摘　　要：科教融合是一种新的育人模式,它是将科研资源转化为教学资源,以培养学生创新能力与创新意识为目标,是中国高等教育人才培养由“重数量”向“重质量”转变过程中的必然选择。齐鲁工业大学材料学院抓住院校一体化机遇,发挥专业教学主导作用,在院所科教融合、产教融合、校地合作等方面开展了联合育人探索工作,开创了新的科教融合育人模式,推动了学院人才培养方式的转变,促进了学院内涵式发展。The integration of research and teaching is a new model of talent training to cultivate undergraduates'creativity and innovative sense,which can transform scientific research resources into teaching resources.It is an inevitable choice for the transition from“quantity”to“quality”in the cultivating of higher education talents.The college of materials science and engineering,Qilu university of technology,takes the opportunity of the mergence of institutes and universities to conduct some works in the integration of research and teaching,the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between college and locality.Giving full play to the role of major,we continuously improve the talent training system for the integration of research and teaching to promote the transformation of talent training model.It can promote the interior development of the college.
