公务员报考行为的影响因素

摘　　要：以大学生报考公务员的行为为研究对象,在构建报考公务员影响因素的评价指标体系的基础上,采用地理探测器模型进行因子探测和交互探测。结果表明:大学生报考不同省份公务员主要受到经济水平因素中的居民收入水平、房价水平,以及就业环境因素中的公务员薪资水平、人均私企数量、岗位竞争比例的影响,地区因素影响并不显著;此外,这些决定影响因素中,两因子对报考行为的综合作用均强于单因子的影响力。研究结果可为公务员报考行为的影响因素提供一种解析思路,对于理解大学生报考不同区域公务员的行为有一定的理论意义。Based on the civil service registration of college students as the research object,and structured the basis of the evaluation index system of influencing factors,the geographical detector model is used for factor detection and interaction,the results show that the college students participate in different provinces of civil servants by economic factors of residents'income level,price level,environmental factors and the employment of civil servants wages,per capita number of private enterprises,the influence of the proportion of position competition,regional factors influence is not significant.In addition,among these determinants,the comprehensive effect of the two factors is stronger than that of the single factor.The research results can be provides an analytical train of thought for the influencing factors of civil servants'registration beha-vior,and has a certain theoretical significance for understanding the behavior of college students'registration of civil servants in different regions.
