摘  要:后疫情时代,不确定性成为常态,物流企业要想迅速恢复生产、达到预期战略目标,其人力资源管理必须具有战略韧性。以后疫情时代为研究背景,从疫情大考下人力资源管理的内涵反思出发,对战略韧性进行界定与辨析;进而探索了物流企业战略韧性型人力资源管理的特征与机理,构建了后疫情时代物流企业战略韧性型人力资源管理模型;然后全方位分析了疫情冲击下物流企业人力资源管理的基本状况,设计了物流企业人力资源管理效果评价指标体系,并以此为度量标准,进一步对疫情期间物流企业人力资源管理战略韧性不足的问题予以全面诊断。在上述研究基础上,从重塑人力资源管理氛围、健全人力资源规划、优化招聘与配置、加快培训体系建设、提升绩效管理水平、丰富薪酬结构等六个方面提出了物流企业战略韧性型人力资源管理创新方略。In the post-epidemic era,uncertainty becomes normal.If logistics enterprises want to quickly restore production to a satisfactory state and achieve the expected strategic goals,their human resource management needs to have strategic resilience.Based on the background of the post-epidemic era,this paper starts from the connotation of human resource management under the epidemic examination to define and analyze strategic re-silience and furthermore explores the characteristics and mechanism of strategic resilient human resource manage-ment of logistics enterprises.It constructs the model of strategic resilient human resource management of logistics enterprises in the post-epidemic era,analyzes the basic situation of human resource management of logistics en-terprises under the impact of the epidemic in an all-round way,designs the evaluation index system of human resource management effect of logistics enterprises,and takes it as the measurement standard to further compre-hensively diagnose the problem of poor strategic resilience of human resource management of logistics enterprises during the epidemic period,and reveals some deficiencies,such as the lack of foresight in human resource plan-ning,unreasonable recruitment and allocation,low return on investment in training,low level of performance management and salary satisfaction;Finally,on the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward the inno-vation strategies of strategic resilient human resource management of logistics enterprises in the post-epidemic era from six aspects:reshaping the human resource management atmosphere,improving human resource plan-ning,optimizing recruitment and allocation,accelerating the construction of training system,improving perfor-mance management level and enriching salary structure.
