术前全身免疫炎症指数与结直肠癌预后的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌患者术前全身免疫炎症指数(SII)与临床资料及预后的关系。方法回顾性分析2017年11月至2019年12月在该院行结直肠癌手术患者212例,均经病理学检查确诊,分析不同术前SII患者临床病理特征及预后。结果术后1年,212例患者中11例死亡,201例生存。不同年龄、性别、病理类型癌、分化程度、肿瘤大小及肿瘤是否发生淋巴结转移患者SII比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同TNM分期及肿瘤是否远处转移患者SII比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1年死亡患者术前SII明显高于生存患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者术前SII升高与预后差相关,SII可作为预测结直肠癌患者预后的一项敏感、简单且无创的指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between preoperative systemic immune inflammation index(SII)and clinicopathological data and prognosis in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 212 patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery in the hospital from November 2017 to December 2019.All patients were diagnosed as colorectal cancer by pathological examination.Clinicopathological features and prognosis of different preoperative SII patients were analyzed.Results One year after operation,11 of the 212 patients died and 201 were alive.There was no significant difference in SII among patients with different age,sex,pathological type of cancer,degree of differentiation,tumor size and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The difference of SII in patients with different TNM stages and distant metastasis was statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative SII of the patients who died 1 year after surgery was significantly higher than that of the patients who survived,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Increased preoperative SII associated with poor prognosis in patients with colorectal cancer.SII could be used as a sensitive,simple and noninvasive indicator to predict the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.
