摘  要:天津市新天钢联合特钢有限公司利用转炉测厚技术,实现了对转炉炉衬损伤的定量化监测与跟踪,确立以溅渣护炉为主的炉衬高效维护工艺。本文结合炉衬厚度的定量化监测和炉衬侵蚀跟踪情况,对转炉炉衬损坏机理进行了研究,分析了影响转炉溅渣护炉效果的主要因素,有针对性的提出了改进措施。生产实践证明,通过顶枪枪位和压力优化、适度调整炉渣渣量和粘度以及配合其他配套措施,转炉溅渣护炉效果明显提升,公司转炉炉龄由15000炉提升至30000炉以上,可基本实现全炉役不进行大的补炉作业。Using converter thickness measurement technology,Tianjin New Tiangang United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.has realized quantitative monitoring and tracking of converter lining damage,established the converter high-efficiency furnace lining maintenance process based on slag splash protection.In this paper,combined with the quantitative monitoring of lining thickness and situation of lining erosion tracking,studied the damage mechanism of converter lining,analyzed the main influencing factors of converter slag splash protection effect,and put forward targeted the improvement measures.The production practice has proved,through optimizing top gun position and pressure,adjusting moderately the slag amount and slag viscosity,and cooperate with other supporting measures,improved significantly the effect of converter slag splashing and furnace protection,and the converter service life of the company is increased from 15000 heat to more than 30000 heat,which can basically realize the whole furnace service without furnace repair.
