摘 要:为了提高家具产品的质量,降低板式柜类家具长搁板承载变形量,采用了铝合金条、玻璃纤维布条贴、玻璃纤维布全贴3种搁板结构增强方式,通过刚度试验分别考察了中密度纤维板、刨花板搁板3种增强结构搁板的刚度增强效果。研究结果表明:1)玻璃纤维布全贴对于中密度纤维板搁板、刨花板搁板刚度的增强作用最为明显,搁板刚度的增强比例平均值在70.94%左右;2)玻璃纤维布条贴对中密度纤维板搁板、刨花板搁板刚度的增强比例具有略微差异,平均值在38.98%左右;3)铝合金条对中密度纤维板搁板刚度的增强效果远低于对刨花板搁板的增强效果。In order to improve the quality of furniture products and alleviate the bending deformation ofthe shelf of panel cabinet furniture,this study used three kinds of structural reinforcing methods:alumi-num alloy bar,glass fiber banded paste,and glass fiber fully paste. The rigidity test was conducted to in-vestigate the rigidity enhancement effects of three kinds of reinforced structure shelves made from medi-um density fiberboard and particleboard respectively. The research results show that:1)The glass fiberfully paste has the most obvious rigidity reinforcing effect both on the MDF and particleboard shelves,andthe average value of the reinforcement ratio of rigidity is about 70.94%;2)There is a slight difference inthe rigidity reinforcement ratio of glass fiber banded paste between the MDF and particleboard shelf,andthe average value is about 38.98%;3)The rigidity enhancement effect of aluminum alloy bar on MDFshelf is much lower than that of the particleboard.
