摘　　要：调研线上办公家具企业网站、电商平台等办公椅头枕的功能尺寸及材质,归纳总结当前办公椅头枕设计的重要参数。采用市场调研法,调研10家办公家具企业,共计98份头枕样品,并对这些办公椅产品的头枕工效学参数包括头枕的长度和高度尺寸、高度调节功能、旋转功能和深度调节功能进行了统计与分析。在功能尺寸方面,详情页中标明头枕功能尺寸的产品和忽视调节功能的产品占样本总数的较大比例。在材质方面,透气网布是目前办公椅头枕应用最广泛的材料,其次是普通网棉和PU皮质面料。分析得出企业店铺缺乏对头枕的尺寸说明及相关功能调节的详细描述,可以进行深入研究,完善头枕工效学设计要素,提高消费者的购买率。The important parameters of current office chair headrest design were summarized based on theinvestigation of the functional dimensions and materials of office chair headrests such as online office fur-niture enterprise websites and ecommerce platforms. Using the market research method,a total of 98 headrest samples from 10 office furniture enterprises were investigated,and the ergonomic parameters ofthese office chair products,including the length and height of headrest,height adjustment function, rotation function and depth adjustment function,were counted and analyzed. In terms of functional dimen-sions,the products indicating the functional dimensions of the head restraint but ignoring the adjustmentfunction in the detail page account for a large proportion of the total number of samples. In terms of material, breathable mesh is the most widely used material for office chair headrest,followed by ordinary meshcotton and PU leather fabric. The analysis shows that the enterprise stores lack a detailed description ofthe size description and relevant function adjustment of the headrest. Therefore,the in-depth research ofimproving the ergonomic design elements of the headrest should be conducted with an aim to increase thepurchase intention of consumers.
