低碳理念下面料翻新柜类木质家具的表面装饰

摘　　要：为了延长家具的使用寿命,缓解现代社会家具更换周期缩短与废旧家具处理效率低的矛盾,解决现有翻新手段的局限性问题,提出了面料翻新家具的方法。通过对实木小柜的实验,探索了适合柜类木家具翻新的面料贴面形式,包括整体平贴、组合拼贴、面料改造等,以及贴面过程中面料边缘的处理、家具曲面与凹槽造型的处理和角接合的处理的贴面工艺;归纳总结了3种面料图案与色彩的搭配方法,包括风格统一法、对比法、色彩调和法。以环保胶黏剂将面料贴敷于柜类家具表面进行翻新的方法,是一种全新的视觉和触觉体验的艺术性表面装饰方法,具有低碳环保、操作简单的工艺特点,丰富了家具表面装饰的形式、拓展了面料在家具中的应用范围,从而满足人们追求个性化表现的现代生活需求。In order to prolong the service life of furniture,a fabric renovating approach to used furniturewas proposed,by which alleviates the conflict between quick changes of furniture and low handling efficiency of used furniture in modern life. Based on the test of solid-wood cabinets,the fabric of renovatedwood cabinet were investigated,including integrally flat adhesion,combination adhesion,fabric modification,and various adhering technologies of fabric at edge,corner and groove of furniture. The collocation ofpattern and color of fabric was suggested by means of unified style,integrated texture and mediated color.Surface renovation of used furniture by adhering fabric using environmental friendly adhesive is a simple,green and effective approach with unique visual and tactile experience. It enriches the surface decorationof furniture meanwhile extend the application of fabric on furniture and meet the personalized require-ments of modern life.
