摘 要:对碳纤维复合材料机械臂的结构设计与铺层优化情况进行分析,总结出高分子复合材料在传统机械臂金属材料替代领域的性能优势与价值,认为在满足同等机械臂力学强度和刚度条件下,碳纤维复合材料能够有效降低超过90%的机械臂自重,且变臂厚铺层方案能够获得最为理想的机械臂结构。碳纤维复合材料的应用,对现代机械臂的轻量化设计大有裨益。The structural design and layer optimization of the carbon fiber composite material manipulator are analyzed, the performance advantages and value of polymer composite materials in the field of traditional manipulator metal material substitution are summarized. Under the conditions of the same mechanical strength and rigidity of the manipulator, the carbon fiber composite material can effectively reduce the selfweight of the manipulator by more than 90%, and the variable wall thickness layup scheme can obtain the most ideal manipulator stucture. The application of carbon fiber composite material is of great benefit to the lightweight design of modern manipulators.
