摘 要:目的:探讨阿德勒小组对改善民办高校大学生学业倦怠的有效性。方法:将140名民办高校大学生平均分到前测研究组(PE组),去前测研究组(UE组),前测对照组(PC组),去前测对照组(UC组),PE组和UE组进行2小时/次/周,共8次阿德勒取向的小组辅导,PC组和UC组只观察不干预,所有组需要使用大学生学业倦怠量表进行实验后测。结果:干预前,各组学业倦怠感无性别差异(P>0.05),无年龄差异(P>0.05),PE和PC组前测差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后,PE和PC的后测成绩显著低于UE组和UC组(F=6.479,P<0.05),PE组成绩显著低于PC组(F=27.898,P<0.05)。当只有前测时,PE组比PC组学业倦怠下降明显(F=55.266,P<0.05)。只有后测时,UE组的成绩边缘显著UC组(F=26.419,P=0.057)。结论:前测干扰了实验效应的检测,排出干扰后,阿德勒小组仍够有效改善民办高校大学生学业倦怠感,降低大学生情绪低落、行为不当和低成就感的发生率。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Adler group in improving academic burnout of private college students.Methods:A total of 140 private college students were divided into pre test group(PE group),untest group(UE group),pre test control group(PC group),untestgroup(UC group).PE group and UE group were given Adler oriented group counseling for 2 hours/time/week, a total of 8 times.PC group and UC group were only observed without intervention measurement.Results:Before the intervention, there was no gender difference(P>0.05),no age difference(P>0.05),and no significant difference in pre-test between PE and PC groups(P>0.05);After the intervention, the post test scores of PE and PC were significantly lower than those of UE group and UC group(F=6.479,P<0.05),and those of PE group were significantly lower than those of PC group(F=27.898,P<0.05).When there was only pre-test, the academic burnout of PE group was significantly lower than that of PC group(F=55.266,P<0.05).When there was only post-test, the performance edge of UE group was significantly higher than that of UC group(F=26.419,P=0.057).Conclusion:Pretest interferes with the detection of experimental effect.After eliminating the interference, Adler group can still effectively improve the academic burnout of private college students and reduce the incidence of depression, improper behavior and low sense of achievement.
