摘 要:新建铁路成贵客运专线玉京山隧道穿越巨型暗河溶洞,隧道位于溶洞大厅顶部附近,不能正常掘进:为解决此难题,主要进行了2个方面的研究:(1)针对该工程的最佳地层加固方案的必选研究;(2)首次在铁路行业大断面20m×25m(宽×高)空间进行开挖实验研究;采用溶洞顶板低预应力全黏结性锚索+隧道侧向刚性袖阀管+隧道基底刚性袖阀管工艺措施,保证了隧道施工安全及后期运营安全。The newly built Yujingshan Tunnel on Chenggui-Guizhou passenger line passes through a huge underground river and karst cave,and the tunnel is located near the top of the cave hall,so it cannot be dug normally.In order to solve this problem,two aspects of research ar e mainly carried out:(1) the necessary study of the best stratum r einforcement scheme for this pr oject;(2) For the first time,the excavation experiment was carried out in large section space of 20 m×25 m(width × height) in railway industry.The safety of tunnel construction and operation in later period are guaranteed by adopting the technical measures of low-prestressed fully bonded anchor cable grouting reinforcement in the roof of karst cave+rigid sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement in the tunnel lateral+rigid sleeve valve pipe grouting r einforcement in the tunnel base.
