摘　　要：科技人才评价是创新人才工作的重要内容,完善职称评聘制度、建立严谨的人才评价体系,对促进科技人才发展至关重要.文章概述了职称在科技人才评价中的作用,并以安徽省农业科学院为例,阐述了职称评审取得的成效,分析了职称评审中存在的问题,针对问题提出了依据不同类型创新团队开展分类评价、采取多元的评价方式、进一步健全个人及团队考核评价机制等进一步完善与优化科技人才职称评聘和评价体系的对策.The evaluation of scientific and technological talents is an important content of innovative talents works.Perfecting professional title evaluation and employment and establishing rigorous talent evaluation system are crucial links to the talent development system.Taking the professional title evaluation of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,achievement of the current professional title evaluation of agricultural research institutes was discussed,the existing problems analyzed and solutions put forward,such as carrying out classified evaluation system according to the type of innovation team,adopting multiple evaluation modes,and further perfecting individual and team evaluation mechanism.
