工学结合培养模式下高职学生管理的创新研究

摘　　要：高职院校在人才培养中要摒弃传统模式,从培养学生职业综合素质出发合理选择培养模式,以使人们的教育需求得以满足,所培养的人才更能够适应社会环境,满足社会发展需要。在高职院校人才培养中采用工学结合模式,一方面让学生掌握扎实理论,另一方面可以使学生有实践操作的机会,提高技术能力,从而综合能力有所提高。着重于研究工学结合人才培养模式下高职院校学生管理的创新策略。Higher vocational colleges should abandon the traditional mode in talent training,and choose a training mode from the perspective of cultivating students'comprehensive vocational quality.In this way the trained talents can adapt to the social environment and meet the needs of social development.The adoption of work-integrated learning mode can not only help students master the theory,but provide them with opportunities to practice and improve their technical ability.This paper mainly discusses the innovative strategies of student management under the mode of work-integrated learning talent cultivation.
