摘　　要：名师工作室是促进教师队伍建设、教学改革,提高教学质量的重要举措,我校医学院省级名师工作室通过实践探索,更新教学理念,深化教学改革,在专业建设、学科和课程建设、人才培养和社会服务等方面发挥引领、指导和示范作用,辐射区域合作,以名师工作室带动医学类专业建设和教师成长,总结医学名师工作室引领专业认证和教师成长的经验,展望名师工作室的发展前景。The famous teacher studio is an important measure to promote the construction of the teaching team,teaching reform, and improve the quality of teaching. The provincial famous teacher studio of the medical school of our school updates teaching concepts and deepens teaching reform through practical exploration. Cultivation and social services play a leading, guiding and exemplary role, radiate regional cooperation, and use the famous teacher studio to promote the construction of medical professions and the growth of teachers, summarize the experience of leading professional certification and teacher growth by the famous teacher studio, and look forward to the experience of the famous teacher studio prospects.
