摘　　要：在护理专业课程中开展"课程思政",是当前高等医药卫生院校立德树人、铸魂育人的主要任务,文章从顶层设计课程体系、课程目标设定、教学模式创建、教学方法实施等方面,探索"护理管理学"课程教学与思政教育的有机融合,使专业课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,充分体现专业课程的育人功能和价值取向。Carrying out "curriculum ideological and political" in nursing professional courses is the main task of the current higher medical and health colleges to establish morality and cultivate people. The article designs the curriculum system, curriculum goal setting, teaching model creation, and teaching methods from the top level. In terms of implementation, explore the organic integration of "Nursing Management" course teaching and ideological and political education, so that professional courses and ideological and political theory courses can go in the same direction, forming a synergistic effect, and fully embodying the education function and value orientation of professional courses.
