新时期榜样教育法在高校思想政治教育中的运用策略

摘　　要：榜样教育法是开展思想政治教育的有效方法,对促进大学生全面发展具有重要意义。高校在运用榜样教育法开展思想政治教育的过程中,存在榜样选取不合理、宣传方式单一、保障机制不完善等问题。高校应从榜样的选取标准、宣传创新和保障机制等方面采取有效措施,提高思想政治教育的实效性。The model education method is a powerful tool to carry out ideological and political education,which is of great significance to promote the all-round development of college students.In the process of using the model education method to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities,there are a series of problems,such as unreasonable model selection,single propaganda mode,imperfect mechanism and so on.We should improve the selection standard of model,pay attention to the propaganda innovation of model,and improve the guarantee mechanism,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
