摘　　要：为了提高谢桥煤矿12314下巷车场及联巷出矸效率,保障矿井巷道掘进速度,根据12314下巷车场、12314下巷运输联巷、12314下巷出煤联巷等巷道工程条件及掘进顺序,依次试验分析了"耙斗装岩机+矿车""耙斗装岩机+带式输送机+矸石仓+耙斗装岩机+矿车""耙斗装岩机+带式输送机+矸石仓+立眼+带式输送机"三种出矸系统,研究了矸石仓、溜矸立眼、带式输送机沟槽的设计与施工,逐渐取消了矿车出矸,最终实现了"掘、支、装、运"平行作业和机械化连续出矸,提高了出矸系统工作效率。结果表明,12314下巷出煤联巷掘进出矸系统较12314下巷车场、12314下巷运输联巷出矸系统每班用工分别减少2人和4人,掘进速度分别提高3~5倍和1.6倍,取得良好的工程实践效果。In order to improve the gangue discharge efficiency from the 12314 roadway district station and crossheading in Xieqiao Coal Mine, and ensure the roadway tunneling speed, considering the engineering conditions and tunneling sequence of the roadway under the working face such as district station, transportation crossheading and coal outlet crossheading, three gangue discharge system are tested successively, including scraper rock loader+tramcar system, scraper loader+belt+gangue bunker+scraper+tramcar system, and scraper loader+belt+gangue bunker+vertical draw hole+belt system, the design and construction of gangue bunker, vertical draw hole of gangue and belt groove are studied, and the tramcar gangue discharging is cancelled, finally, the parallel operation of tunneling, support, loading and transportation as well as mechanized continuous gangue discharging are realized, which improved the gangue discharge efficiency. The results show that, compared with the previous system, the labor of each shift in the tunneling and gangue discharge systems for 12314 working face district station and crossheading is reduced by 2 and 4 personnel respectively, and the tunneling speed is increased by 3-5 times and 1.6 times respectively, achieving favorable practice result.
