摘　　要：梳理国家、行业以及生态环境部、地方环境信息化标准现状,对生态环境信息化标准经历从无到有、从单一到全面、从分散到集中、不断发展逐步完善的过程中出现的"多头申报""标准缺漏"等现象,深入分析存在的问题及原因,提出了"十四五"生态环境信息化标准工作的对策和建议。This article attempts to give a review of the situation and experience of the informationalization standards of ecology and environment comprehensively and systematically,not only at both national and local level,but also at both government and industry level.The informationalization standards started from scratch,and improved more comprehensively and concentratively as time passing by.However,something went wrong in the process,we found that different government departments submit standard applications of the same subject,while there still exits the lack of standards of some subjects.In this article,we conduct a in-depth analysis of the problems and causes during the process to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the work of informationalization standard during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
