摘  要:随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,铁路建设框架已初步形成亚非欧大陆的互联互通格局,研究机车车辆动力学性能评价标准的异同成为互通的重要课题之一。介绍中国与俄罗斯对机车车辆动力学性能评价采用标准及其方法,重点分析GB/T 5599—2019《机车车辆动力学性能评定及试验鉴定规范》与ГОСТ33796—2016《铁路动车组强度和动力学要求》的差异。在相同运行控制条件下,通过机车车辆动力学台架试验,对比分析2项标准在机车车辆平稳性数据处理和评价指标方面的差异和原因,为我国出口俄罗斯机车车辆动力学性能评价提供数据基础和理论支撑。With the further implementation of‘The Belt and Road’,the railway construction framework has initially formed the pattern of interconnection between Asian-African-European mainland.The similarities and differences of the assessment criteria of rolling stock dynamics has become a key to interconnection.This paper focuses on analyzing the differences between the implementations of GB/T 5599-2019 Specification for dynamic performance assessment and testing verification of rolling stock andГОСТ33796-2016 Railway EMU-Strength and dynamics requirements by introducing the standards and methods of dynamics performance assessment used in China and Russia.It compares and analyzes the two standards under the same operating control conditions in terms of rolling stock stability data processing and assessment indicators using the complete locomotive and rolling stock bench test.This research aims to provide da⁃ta foundation and theoretical support for the exports of Chinese rolling stock to Russia.
