五行音乐疗法联合针刺治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性肝病伴失眠患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察五行音乐疗法联合针刺治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性肝病伴失眠患者的临床疗效。方法:将2018年1月至2019年11月在广东省中医院肝病科住院的100例肝郁脾虚型慢性肝病伴失眠患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予五行音乐疗法,观察组予五行音乐疗法联合针刺治疗,疗程均为2周,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及中医证候积分作为睡眠质量的评价指标。结果:两组患者治疗前PSQI及中医症候积分差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗2周后两组患者的PSQI评分及中医症候积分均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐疗法联合针刺治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性肝病伴失眠效果优于单用五行音乐疗法,疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of five elements music therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of chronic liver disease with insomnia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.Methods:From January 2018 to November 2019,100 cases of chronic liver disease with insomnia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given five elements music therapy,and the observation group was given five elements music therapy combined with acupuncture.The observation period was 2 weeks.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and TCM symptom score were used as evaluation indexes of sleep quality.Results:There was no significant difference in Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and TCM symptom score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the PSQI score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with music on chronic liver disease with insomnia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency is better than that of single element music therapy.
