摘　　要：目的研究卡替洛尔滴眼液局部外用治疗婴儿浅表血管瘤的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月赣州市妇幼保健院皮肤科门诊收治的76例浅表血管瘤患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各38例。对照组采用5%咪喹莫特乳膏局部治疗,观察组采用卡替洛尔滴眼液局部外用进行治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果与治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗6个月后的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡替洛尔滴眼液局部外用治疗婴儿浅表血管瘤的临床效果确切,可提高治愈率,且不良反应发生率较低,具有较高用药安全性。Objective To study the clinical effect of topical application of Carteolol Eye Drops in the treatment of infantile superficial hemangioma.Methods A total of 76 children with superficial hemangioma who were admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ganzhou City from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The children were divided into 2 groups by the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with topical application of 5%Imiquimod Cream,and the observation group was treated with topical Carteolol Eye Drops.The treatment effect and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carteolol Eye Drops for local topical treatment of infant superficial hemangioma have a definite clinical effect,can improve the cure rate,and have a low incidence of adverse reactions,and have high drug safety.
