摘　　要：阿贝西利是经FDA批准上市的新型细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶4/6(CDK4/6)抑制剂,临床用于治疗晚期或转移性乳腺癌。本文分别对阿贝西利及其重要中间体的合成方法进行了总结和概括,并对各路线进行了简要评述。Abemaciclib is a novel cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6(CDK4/6)inhibitor approved by FDA for treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer.In this paper,the synthesis methods of abemaciclib and its key intermediates are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of each synthetic route are reviewed.
