摘  要:本文以武汉某住宅小区独立地下室上浮事故为例,讨论了上浮事故发生的原因,并利用FLAC 3D软件建立独立地下室模型,分析了地下水位和顶板覆土回填对独立地下室的竖向位移、结构内力和破坏特征的影响,有针对性的提出了独立地下室上浮事故的处理措施。研究结果表明:(1)独立地下室的位移、内力差、破坏区范围均随地下水位的升高而增大;(2)顶板覆土回填可以有效降低独立地下室发生上浮事故的可能性;(3)发生上浮事故后,可采用钻孔减压、设置引水沟、分层夯实回填土、墙体裂缝补强、加快上部覆土配重施工进度等措施。This paper taking Wuhan independent basement up-floating accident of a residential district as an example,discussed the reasons of up-floating accident,set up independent basement and uses FLAC 3D model,analyzes the underground water level and for independent vertical displacement of the basement roof backfill soil,the influence of the structure internal force and failure characteristics,targeted independent basement up-floating accident treatment measures are put forward.The results show that:(1)The displacement,the difference of internal force and the range of failure zone of the independent basement all increase with the rise of the groundwater level;(2)the backfilling of roof soil can effectively reduce the possibility of floating accident in the independent basement;(3)after the occurrence of floating accident,measures can be taken such as borehole decompression,setting diversion ditch,layering rammed backfill,wall crack reinforcement,and speeding up the construction progress of counterweight of upper soil cover.
