2015-2019年淄博市消化道肿瘤流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2015-2019年淄博市消化道肿瘤的发病和死亡特征,为肿瘤预防控制提供科学依据。方法按照全国肿瘤登记中心制定的审核方法和评价标准,对2015-2019年淄博市报告的消化道恶性肿瘤发病和死亡资料进行评估,计算发病(死亡)率、标化发病(死亡)率、年龄别发病(死亡)率等指标。结果2015-2019年淄博市消化道肿瘤发病率为109.33/10万,中标率为55.95/10万,世标率为61.73/10万;消化道肿瘤死亡率为83.84/10万,中标率为40.48/10万,世标率为46.09/10万。男性发病率和死亡率均高于女性,且随着年龄的增长而升高。主要消化道肿瘤发病顺位依次为胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、食管癌;死亡顺位依次为胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、食管癌。结论淄博市消化道肿瘤发病率和死亡率仍处于较高水平,以结直肠癌为首的消化系统肿瘤应是淄博市恶性肿瘤防控的重点。Objective To investigate the incidence and mortality characteristics of malignant tumors in Zibo City from 2015 to 2019,and to provide scientific basis for tumor prevention and control.Methods According to the review methods and evaluation standards established by the National Cancer Registry,the incidence and death data of gastrointestinal malignancies reported in Zibo City from 2015 to 2019 were evaluated,and the incidence(death)rate,standardized incidence(death)rate,age group were calculated Incidence(death)rate and other indicators.Results From 2015 to 2019,the incidence of gastrointestinal tumors in Zibo City was 109.33/100 000,the winning China standardized rate was 55.95/100 000,and the world standard rate was 61.73/100 000;the mortality rate of gastrointestinal tumors was 83.84/100 000,and the winning China standardized rate was 40.48/100 000,the world standard rate was 46.09/100 000.The morbidity and mortality of men were higher than those of women,and they increased with age.The incidence of major gastrointestinal tumors was gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer,and esophageal cancer;the death sequence was gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,and esophageal cancer.Conclusions The incidence and mortality of gastrointestinal tumors in Zibo City are still at a relatively high level.Digestive system tumors,led dominated by colorectal cancer,should be the focus of the prevention and control of malignant tumors in Zibo City.
