摘  要:CVT无级变速器内部结构复杂,出现故障时,对问题的有效整改取决于对失效源头的确切判断。基于车辆可靠性试验中出现的动力中断故障,系统地对变速器内部问题源头查找分析,锁定液力变矩器内部失效零部件,并对失效点进行了设计更新和试验验证。证实了该方案的有效性与可靠性。The internal structure of CVT is complex,and the effective rectification of the problem depends on the accurate determination of the source of failure.Based on the power interruption fault in the reliability test of the vehicle,the source of the internal problem of the transmission was searched and analyzed systematically,the internal failure parts of the hydraulic torque converter were found,and the solution designing was updated and verified by the test.The effectiveness and reliability of the new scheme are verified.
